We have consistently enjoyed high patronage from some of the leading electrical firms in California. However, our recent photo shoot for two electrical organizations left us with many sweet memories. We understand there are different types of electrician Sacramento CA businesses, but we have been fortunate to work with the best brands. During the preliminary meeting held to discuss the details of the photoshoot, one of the company’s executive was told a few reasons why we were hired for the job. They said that the quality of our pictures and the professionalism that we put into what we do was hard to find among other photographers. Ironically, the way we got this job is simply a miracle. The CEO of Sadler Shots wanted to hire a Sacramento electrician that will help us work on a new building that we just purchased. As fate would have it, the discussions revealed that they had also done research about our company. This led to the conclusion that we will be the only photographers that will cover any of their group events.
On the first day of the photo shoot, we covered an induction program where one of the technicians was addressing their new intakes about what is expected of a certified electrician. He shared some of the challenges that they will face in the course of carrying out their job. We took shots of the class and other aspects of the company’s operation. One of the highlights was the customer service personnel who handled all the inquiries that people make about the electrical organization. He was professional and had a good grasp about all the services that the company rendered.
The second day, we had to visit another leading electrical firm in North California that had hired us. We took photographs of the staff meeting, and we were quite interested in their topic of discussion. They talked about the difference between their brand and the local electrician in Northern California. One of the remarkable statements that they made is that the hours of training that the company gave to its personnel cannot be matched by the competition. We took shots of the CEO, the staff and various equipment that they used in carrying out their operations.
At the end of the exercise, we had so many films that we decided to create a photo book that talks about the operations of electrical companies. The organizations that we served were quite impressed with our professional approach, and they promised to send referrals to our business. As we traveled back to our base, it dawned on us that we were gradually becoming a unyielding regional brand. When a company has a larger than life image, it can be quite exciting to uncover what makes them tick. We were privileged to serve the emergency plumber New York City, and its environs have come to trust for many years. This is a watershed in our company’s history, and it served as a unique opportunity to work closely with these professionals. As we stepped into the office of the Emergency Plumbing Squad of New York, it was evident that this company stood for excellence. The flowers at the entrance were well trimmed, the staff was dressed in a neat uniform, all the equipment were looking prime, and everything was well organized. We quickly brought out our cameras and began to take shots of the environment.
We wanted to create a behind-the-scene collection that will serve as a prelude to the photo shoot. Our discoveries showed that there was so much to capture about the environment in which this company was situated. After about 15 minutes of taking different photographs, we were ushered into a waiting room where we were to meet the company’s PR Manager. It did not take long before he came into the room and told us what the company expects from us. He said that they wanted to create a highly responsive website that will touch base with their clients. One of the ways in which they intend to achieve this is by filling the site with different photographs.
He gave us permission to take any shot that we felt would adequately represent their brand. We were excited at this license that has been paid to us to use our initiative in handling the photo shoot. The first thing we did was to go to the area where most of their staff converge. We took photographs as they discussed the various plumbing projects that they were to handle and we covered the briefs that the leader of the team shared with the staff. Our next port of call was to look at the store where most of the company’s equipment were kept. We covered all the tools that were placed in that zone, and we were quite impressed with the investments that this company made in this area.
One of the staff offered to show us a room that had the details of the various projects that they have handled. One of them was the fixing of the pipes at a major 5-star hotel in the area. We took photographs of the staff, the documents and other archives that captured the track record of this organization. The CEO offered to have an interview with a local TV presenter, so we took the opportunity to create our record of the event. We took shots as the TV crew set up their equipment, and we covered the interview session.
The CEO made many critical statements, but one of the things he said that struck us is that his company is determined to be the best emergency plumbers in the US. He itemized the various strategies that they have put in place to achieve this goal. Many of his quotes were later published on the company’s website as Words on Marble. During the final leg of the photoshoot, we decided to give each staff a personal shot. Each of the personnel was excited as they took turns to be part of this free session. We promised to send them the photographs in a forth-night, and this was our way of saying Thank you for their hospitality. At the end of this session, the PR Manager thanked us for going beyond the scope of the job given to us to ensure that they are satisfied. He promised to invite us to cover the company’s gala night that was billed to hold in the latter part of the year.
Each moment that we spent at this organization reminded me that any career that one thoroughly pursues with the whole of their heart is bound to bloom.

Some of the people on the board had concluded the CEO program organized by Harvard Business School. I discovered that the corporation sponsored them to attend this event because they wanted the best minds to lead their team. The meeting was not just about the projects at hand, and they talked about the best ways to make their company continue to drive the market.
Another high point was the weekend event where the CEO asked the staff to volunteer in planting trees. I covered the event, and each of the shots showed that there were so much love and unity among the staff. Some of the senior executives brought their children to the event, and it was a good time to bond and talk about the issues that affect them as a family. One of the joys of being a photographer is that you get to visit enchanting locations and meet amazing people. I cannot forget the dynamic experience I had when I visited an emergency dentist Lincoln NE office. The staff was so friendly, and they were open to address any concerns that I had. I thought that their free disposition was based on the fact that I was to carry out a photo shoot at their office, but I noticed that it was the same experience for every patient that walked into their office. My contract with the Lincoln Emergency Dental Pros was to cover their staff, office, treatment procedures and some of their patients. I was excited at the prospect of working with a great brand that was positively changing the face of the dental industry.
My first port of call was to visit the office of the first dentist and ask about their daily work schedule. I wanted to compare their operations with a 24 hour dentist near me. I noticed that this company was full of class because they ran a very organized system. The lead dentist told me that when the staff resume for work, they were given a little time to prepare mentally for the job ahead. They did not believe that people should rush into any assignment without having a full understanding of what each patient expects. I quickly took my camera and went out to capture shots of the personnel in the dentistry as they arrived for work.
I noticed that there was a glow on their faces as this appeared to be something they love to do. I capture the staff as they clocked in the time in which they arrived at work. I noticed that most of them had a motivational book that they were reading. I got a bit curious and entered into a conversation with one of them. He told me that they had a culture of reading books that keep them inspired. He said that the lead dentist employed people who understood that their work could determine the outcome of someone else’s life. They were always primed to deliver with precision, and this is possible when they are in the right state of mind.
As the Staff converged to get the brief of their daily schedule, I took photographs and captured each moment. The meeting talked about some very technical terms which I was unable to understand. However, I noticed that the lead dentist used a diagram on board to explain everything he was trying to pass across to his staff. It was evident that this organization valued the lines of communication that exist across the board. No one was left out of the meeting as I noticed that the non-medical staff made contributions when it came to addressing some administrative issues in the organization. I covered the different team that stood up to meet their colleagues, and the experience was quite amazing.
I went round the building to cover all the equipment in the facility. Each of the tools was up to date, and it was evident that this dental practice had recently acquired new operating resources. I saw a big x-ray machine that was used for patients who were involved in an accident. I noticed that each of the systems was designed to work with the touch of a button. The Turnaround Time at which every patient was attended to was quite amazing. Each of the staff showed a high level of professionalism as they talked to patients about different dental challenges.
I took photographs of the environment, and I could see that the trees and flowers were well nourished. Everything about this dental practice reflected excellence. I walked through the lot and noticed that the Car park was well outlined to accommodate up to 50 vehicles. My Camera was kept busy as I had loads of exposures that covered the Staff, the patients, the building, the equipment and the environment that surrounded the dental practice. At the end of the photo shoot, I told the Lead dentist that I was quite impressed with the level of service that they offered to their patients. He said that he is glad to hear my honest feedback and promised that the next time I come for a photo shoot; there will be greater improvements in their service level.…
